In the food industry, one thing that will never change is that customers want to be served in a timely manner.

No matter what kind of restaurant you decide to run – time is money. That means you never want your customers to feel as though their business can be put on hold or delayed. If so, the response could severely tarnish your business. You want to give every customer a quick reaction time but the common problem is balancing it with the quality of food. Rive had daily concerns about this problem due to the mass crowds consistently flocking his food truck. Like any restauranteur, Rive never wanted a customer to walk away feeling disappointed or frustrated. Transitioning to this gets orders quickly delivered to the kitchen and well as shortens his customer’s wait period. There is a lot of good things about OrderCounter, such as it’s user-friendly and simple. Before using OrderCounter the line would be a lot longer and we’d have errors due to written tickets. Since using the system our revenue has grown, orders are out in five minutes, we’re making fewer errors, and our employees are making the exact orders. There have been a lot of companies that have approached me that speak Spanish but I like being able to view reports and errors from a remote standpoint. I can see my business continue to grow and I continue seeing a future with this company.
